Each of us has the ability to do great things but it’s not something we can do alone. We need a support system to help us. We need people with the right attitude and a positive environment to thrive in.

As I’ve said before, we’re all leaders because we influence others, whether it is 1 or 1,000. We have to take responsibility for having the right attitude and creating a positive environment. Those we influence need this to have a chance at accomplishing great things. This applies in all areas of our lives.

If you’re a parent, your children need your right attitude and a positive environment at home. If you’re a coach, your players need your right attitude and a positive environment on the team. If you’re a boss, your employees need your right attitude and a positive work environment.

We’re like plants who need to be placed in fertile soil and watered continuously to grow. If placed in dry soil and never watered we won’t grow and become what we’re supposed to be. Wherever you’re leading, focus on bringing a right attitude and creating a positive atmosphere to encourage growth.
