Sometimes the toughest thing for us to do is keep the faith while things don’t seem to be working in our favor.
When we don’t see things happening within the timeline we’ve set discouragement and doubt start to set in.
All of a sudden we start fearing that what we felt God had put on our hearts to accomplish will not happen.
We don’t have as much excitement about the work we are doing and in some cases we stop pursuing the goal altogether.

It’s in these times that you have to be courageous and have faith in what God has placed on your heart to accomplish.
In my life I can look back on several times when I’ve felt that God has gone quiet in helping me achieve something I felt He placed on my heart.
My book is a perfect example, because there were many days when I felt that it wouldn’t get published.
There were days and weeks where I just didn’t see anything happening, it appeared that everything had gone quiet.
But it was in those times that God was working behind the scenes getting everything in place to have the dream become reality.
It’s only after the fact that I can now look back and see those areas He was working in during the time I thought all was quiet.

This is the same story for many of you right now, you are working to accomplish your goal but it just doesn’t seem like progress is being made.
God is still working on your behalf to line up the things necessary for you to succeed.
Your job is to continue the journey, keep putting in the work and have faith while doing it.
Your finish line may be right around the next corner.
But you will never see it if you give up!
