Today I’m sharing a 10 minute video clip with you from the Leadership Discussion I had at the Move Church Men’s Breakfast.
We are all leaders in some aspect of our lives. What I highlighted to the group during the discussion were the 7 qualities I believe a good leader needs to have.

As I told the group, this is not an all encompassing list and your list may be different. The goal is to get you to think about what a good leader is to you and what qualities that person brings to the table. Then to ask yourself if you have developed, or are currently developing, those qualities within yourself.
Learning how to lead is a journey but it starts with one step.
