Your Actions Reflect Your Faith

Faith is defined as complete trust and confidence in someone or something.
Usually that trust and confidence is built up over time because we’ve seen that someone or something perform in our lives.
For example, I have faith in my car getting me to work because it’s done it so many times before.
I demonstrate that faith by getting in the car, starting the ignition and driving.
The driving is the action demonstrating my faith.

The same principle applies to my faith in God.
My faith has grown over time because I’ve seen Him perform in my life in so many ways.
But my faith is not shown by just saying it, it’s shown in my actions, how I live my life.

Is my faith strong enough to trust Him in the most difficult situations?
Is my faith strong enough to propel me to help those in need when I may be hurting as well?
Is my faith strong enough to follow the path He has for me when the road is dark and I don’t know the way?

It’s great to say we have faith in God but our actions truly reflect our faith.
What are your actions saying about your level of faith?
