It’s so easy to get caught up in comparing ourselves to someone else. We see their success and think to ourselves, I could never achieve that.

What we don’t see is what their journey was to get to that point.
We don’t see the failures and setbacks they had to overcome.
We don’t see the years of growth they went through.
All we see is the end result.

This is why it’s so important to run your race and keep your eyes focused on the prize ahead.
When you spend too much time looking at the people running alongside or ahead of you, you’re no longer running in your lane.
Don’t try to run someone else’s race.
Focus on doing the best you can in the race you’re running.
