I’ve arrived! These words have the ability to stop your growth in its tracks. The reason is once we’ve achieved a certain level or met a goal we can start believing that we’re done growing. We ask ourselves why do I need to keep learning and growing if I’ve already achieved the goal in front of me?

The answer is you need to keep learning and growing because your life is a continuous journey. When you were born you weren’t given a piece of paper saying you’ve arrived in life if you reach this certain goal or level of leadership. The reality is when you were born there was a blank piece of paper given to you that has no “I’ve arrived” moment written on it.

We are to treat each day as an opportunity to learn and to grow. It’s our job to continue growing and learning so we can be in a position to serve and lead others. If we stop learning and growing we’re limiting the doors that can open for us and not fully utilizing the gifts we’ve been given.
