Who would follow a leader that believed in them and encouraged them to achieve more in life? I’m raising my hand. We all want to have a leader who truly believes in us. A leader in our corner to encourage us when things get tough. Question is, are you that type of leader?

Are you the accountability partner who encourages your friend to reach their health and fitness goals? Are you believing the lost soul can find their way back?

Your answers are important as you attempt to lead at work, in your home, among your friends and in your church for example. It’s the belief and encouragement that help move a person forward. It’s the belief and encouragement that show people you truly care about them. It’s the belief and encouragement which draw people to you.

Once people know you believe in them and your motives are to encourage them to achieve more, they will trust you to lead them. This is when you can truly make a difference!
