Today I’m not sharing an excerpt from one of the books I’m reading.
Today I’m sharing an excerpt from my life.

The beautiful people you see in the attached picture are my wife and children.
Last week, we were all together in AZ to celebrate Thanksgiving, my birthday and to watch our youngest son play in a soccer tournament.
It was an incredible time and it reinforced how important being with my family is to me.
I felt an additional level of joy and anticipation for each day spent together.

While life does not always present opportunities for us all to be together, when those opportunities do come I want to make sure I embrace them.
When life provides opportunities to spend more time together I want to prioritize that.
When life opens doors to opportunities that may look different but will bring the family closer together, I want to have the faith to go through them.

The message I want to share with you all is to find the people that bring you joy and happiness, then find ways to maximize your time with them.
Life is too short and the only time we are guaranteed is what we have right now.
Let’s make sure that we are spending as much of that time as we can with those we love!
