Who gave you the start on your leadership journey?
It could have been a coach who appointed you team captain.

The possibilities are endless but in each one of them your responsibility is the same.

Your responsibility is to do your best in leading those you’ve been given with effectiveness and integrity.
And not just leading them but pouring into them and empowering them so they become leaders themselves.
It’s about creating an environment that allows them to thrive, providing them the tools they need to succeed.

Always remember, you as a leader are responsible to them but not for them.
So their ultimate success will lie in how they use the tools you’ve given them.
The goal is to never let your lack of leadership be a roadblock to their success.
