Friday Focus!

Making the mental shift from focusing on what is not perfect about what you are doing to “What is one thing I am doing well?” or “What is one thing I can do to improve?” makes all the difference in the world.
The next time you catch yourself thinking or saying something negative about yourself, make it a point to first recognize something you are doing well.
Don’t let your mind become so focused on what isn’t perfect that you lose the ability to realize and take action on what can be improved.
Don’t be the type of person who does 99 things well and one thing less than perfectly, and then overlooks all the positives only to focus on the imperfection.
