How teachable are you?
Are you open to learning new things? Are you willing to share what you’ve learned with others?

The desire to learn is important as a leader not just for yourself but for those who follow you.
The knowledge that you gain helps you as a leader and empowers others.
But the key is finding those who are thirsty for that knowledge and providing it to them.
Not everyone is going to desire to know what you have to share, make sure you’re spending your time and energy on those that do.
