I love the fact that each morning I wake up brings a new day with new possibilities. It’s amazing to know that each day starts as a blank canvas for us to paint.

There will be certain things, both good and bad, from the previous day that we have to deal with but it doesn’t mean today has to be a repeat of yesterday. Today you have a little more wisdom than you did yesterday. Today you can look back on the things in the past and identify what will help you move forward and what will hold you back. Today you have the power to move forward down the path you are called to walk.

It’s truly a blessing for us to wake up each morning. Don’t underestimate the power that comes with each new day. Understand that you have the ability to make each new day better than the one before it by controlling what you can control. You have the power to control your thoughts, your actions and your attitude. Make today a great one!
