This verse is a great one to reflect on as we move further into 2019 and continue to pursue our resolutions. These resolutions cover areas like becoming healthier, entrepreneurship, improving as spouses and parents, starting a new career, and getting closer to God just to name a few.

As we pursue these goals it’s important to truly reflect on the words in this verse. We each need to embrace the fact that our time on this earth is finite. The brevity of our lives is not something we want to reflect on but it’s something we can’t avoid. None of us know the day, hour, minute or second when we will take our last breath. When we truly acknowledge this it gives us the wisdom to live every moment to the fullest.

The changes you want to make, start making them. Those goals you want to accomplish, start accomplishing them. Those people you want to forgive, start forgiving them. The forgiveness you want to ask for, start asking. The path that you want to follow, start taking those steps.

Make the most of the time you have, following the path God has for you. Don’t delay, the best time to start is the moment you have right now!
