Wisdom

The definition of Wisdom is, “the quality of having experience, knowledge, and good judgment; the quality of being wise.” I love how this verse from Proverbs describes Wisdom. It gives Wisdom life and you can imagine following it down the right paths in life.

If only it were that simple, right? As I know from experience, and many of you can relate to, Wisdom is sometimes not that easy to find. And even when you find it, you don’t always follow the path Wisdom is leading you down. Why is that?

For me, wasn’t ready to follow the path. Wisdom wanted to take me away from the wrong things I was doing but I just didn’t want to follow. I was having “fun” on my current path, not seeing the destruction in front of me and not caring about the destruction behind me.

It wasn’t until I read the words of Jesus that I saw true Wisdom in my life. I wanted to follow Wisdom at that point. I wanted to go down the right paths in my life. I wanted to turn away from the destruction in front of me. I wanted to make amends for the destruction behind me.

Wisdom is not that hard to find, we just need the right source. And once we find Wisdom, we need the hearts to follow her. Let Wisdom guide you!
