I have a question for you, are trying to do life alone? If so, I have another question for you, how is that working out? I would bet it’s been tough on you trying to get through the struggles of life alone. It’s even tough when you have triumphs in life but no group of friends to celebrate that with. God doesn’t want you to go through life alone. He will bring people into your life for you to form that Circle of Friends to do life with. You have to be willing to open up and accept them.

I was reminded a few days ago of how important it is to have a group of friends, whom you love and trust, to share life with. When you have that circle of friends that you can laugh and cry with, it makes your life so much easier. You were not made to go through life alone with no one to lean on. When you try to go through life alone the enemy strengthens his attacks against you. Why is that?

Because he knows you have no one to help you through the tough times. You have no one there to comfort you and let you know it will be alright. You have no one there to pray with you through the troubles. You also have know one there to celebrate your accomplishments with which encourages and motivates you to keep moving forward.

If you’ve been trying to do life alone and struggling, today is the day to change this. Find a small group at your church to get involved with or reach out to 3 or 4 of your friends and form your own group. Come together regularly and spend time together truly getting to know one another. Take time to read scripture, share food and build a group full of trust and love. Form a Circle of Friends you can do life with and watch the positive impact it will have in your life.
