Psalms 34:17 ( NLT), “The LORD hears his people when they call to him for help. He rescues them from all their troubles.”

If you are like me then you are the type of person that loves to help those in need. It brings me great satisfaction and joy to help someone improve their life situation. The ability to use my God-given talents to help others on their path to the blessed life is something I truly value. But I truly couldn’t do any of this until I allowed God to heal me.

This was an important lesson I had to learn. It was so easy for me to just keep pouring into others and trying to help them while ignoring my own issues. How many of you find yourself in the same situation today? You are ashamed to look in the mirror and see a broken reflection. So you pour as much as you can into others so you don’t have to face the areas you need to heal.

As much as God wants you to help those in need, He truly wants each of you to heal from what is ailing you. When you are operating from a place of healing, God can use you in more ways than you can imagine. Your story alone will be an inspiration to so many other people.

Take the time to heal and watch how God will use you to help heal others who are broken!
