Psalms 32:1 (NLT), “Oh, what joy for those whose disobedience is forgiven, whose sin is put out of sight!”

Born Again! That’s what happened to me about 7 years ago when I truly accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior. At that point the old was made new, I became a new creation in Christ. I no longer had to look back on my past sins and failures as a symbol of who I was. No more living in shame, afraid to step forward into the blessed life God had for me.

How many of you are still walking in the shame of your past? Please understand, those mistakes have already been forgiven. It’s now time for you to move forward into a better version of yourself. The person God created you to be.

I understand it’s tough, especially when others won’t let you move on from the past. They hold no power of judgment over you, remember that. They are just as flawed as the rest of us. Don’t let them hold you back!

Determine today that you won’t look back on past mistakes causing you to feel shame. You have been forgiven my friends, now go forward with confidence and grab your blessed life!
