2 Corinthians 5:17 (NLT), “This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!”

Congratulations, you are alive today! What a blessing it is to have a new day to pursue your goals. I wonder at times if we truly grasp the blessing this is. Each day you wake up, it’s your opportunity to write a new chapter of your life. Each day is an opportunity to improve and do better than the day before. How awesome is that?

Think about those goals and dreams you are pursuing. If yesterday you stumbled in some way isn’t it a blessing to know God has given you a new day to fix it? That’s one of the awesome things about our God, He gives you continual opportunities to get it right. His love and belief in you never stops, no matter how many mistakes you make or how many times you fall.

You need to see each new day as an opportunity to move closer to the blessed life God has for you. When you wake up in the morning, do it with a smile on your face and joy in your heart. It’s your chance to right the wrongs. It’s your chance to move one step closer to becoming the person God calls you to be. My friends, have the mindset that each new day is a fresh new start!
